Bed is a sculpture that juxtaposes soft bedding with shattered pieces of glass printed on it. Bed is usually a soft, cozy place where one becomes totally disarmed and vulnerable, while the sharp fragments evoke a sense of insecurity and eeriness. As a place where one rises each morning and returns each night, the sculpture is a lyricism upon inherent tension between insecurity and drive, embodying the paradoxical vitality of being.

Bed는 깨진 조각이 프린트된 침구이다. 침구는 푹신하며, 우리도 그곳에서만큼은 무방비 상태가 된다. 한편 침구에 프린트된 날카로운 깨진 조각은 불안하고 불길해 보인다. 이 아이러니한 물성은 불안과 추동, 두려움과 욕망의 양면성에 대한 시poem이다. 존재의 아이러니를 담은 시는 우리가 매일 아침 새로 태어나고 밤에 돌아가는 자기만의 공간에 물화되어, 존재와의 질긴 연결을 함의한다.
